Our highly specialised team, passionate about music and driven by the pursuit of perfection, is dedicated to ensuring that every speaker we produce celebrates music in its purest form. In this sense, we interviewed Manuel Greiner and Alexander Greiner, CEO and Co-CEO of PIEGA, respectively, and Mario Ballabio, head of the ribbon department, about their commitment to bringing music back into everyday life.
ECHOES: THE MINDS BEHIND PIEGA
Manuel Greiner, our CEO, recalls his upbringing as intertwined with PIEGA. “I grew up with PIEGA, so it was always my desire to join the company”. The journey began in 1986 when Manuel was merely two years old and Alexander Greiner, his brother and Co-CEO, was born. Their passion for delivering exceptional music quality became deeply ingrained. Manuel describes how music and memories interlace, painting vivid experiences that resonate with PIEGA’s philosophy.
For Manuel, PIEGA represents a blend of music quality, design, and lifestyle. Mario Ballabio, head of the ribbon department, was drawn into the fold by familial ties and discovered a profound connection to the craft. He found striking parallels between his previous work crafting windsurfing boards and the intricate process of creating PIEGA speakers.
