The Premium Gen2 series features our most advanced ribbon tweeter, designed for high-frequency accuracy. Its supersymmetrical magnet configuration and enhanced damping deliver remarkable clarity and precision, resulting in a lifelike, immersive audio experience. With an added centered front magnet and a symmetrical arrangement on both sides of the aluminum ribbon, it optimizes the magnetic field for better linearity, impulse response, and reduced distortion. Supersymmetrical Driver (SSD) technology cuts magnet material in half, improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact while enhancing voice coil performance for pure, natural sound.

A lot of effort has been focused on improving the ribbon’s internal damping, based on the advancements in the coaxial tweeter. This new ribbon integrates the compact design of the LDR 2642 MKII, allowing it to fit more easily into smaller speaker cabinets without compromising sound quality. At the same time, it benefits from the larger diaphragm of the LDR 3056, refining its acoustic capabilities. The result is a ribbon that merges the strengths of its earlier models, offering smoother, more natural high-frequency sound alongside the precision of the Coax series tweeter.
